Question:
I am having problems starting or completing a download.
What should I do?

Answer:
We have many users downloading daily without problems, so your troubles may be related to your system, your connection to the Internet, or the interaction of your system with ours. Here are some suggestions that should help:

  1. If you are having trouble connecting or completing a download, please try using the GetRight or the Download Accelerator Plus download manger as they have been getting good comments by other users. Download managers are programs that help you download files from the Internet. It allows you to easily download files and recover (resume downloading) if errors occur, it also reduces download time and has many other advanced features.

  2. If downloading through a firewall or proxy server, contact your system administrator to make sure downloads are allowed through the firewall and that your system is configured properly to allow downloads.

  3. If using a dial-up modem and ISP, contact your ISP's technical support group and explain the problem. Ask for assistance on their end.

  4. Wait, then try it again! Intermittent problems happen regularly on the Internet for a variety of reasons. You may have better luck if you close your browser completely, wait a while, restart your browser, then try again from the beginning.
