May 29, 2002ComplementSoft and Decision Intelligence Announce Development & Marketing Alliance For Data Mining Modeling TemplatesChicago IL & Minneapolis MN, May 29, 2002 - ComplementSoft LLC, a software development company building ASAP* - The Software Productivity Tool for SAS*, and Decision Intelligence Inc. (DII), a database marketing analytics company recently formed by former Fingerhut* Business Intelligence executives, announced today the formation of a development and marketing alliance to deliver best practices data mining modeling templates for use by companies involved in database marketing. With ASAP's Template Manager*, users have been able to edit both existing and new SAS* programs more quickly and efficiently by using the SAS* syntax templates built into the ASAP Template Manager*. In conjunction with DII, ComplementSoft* will now be offering best practices SAS* templates for data mining developed by DII for predictive/statistical modeling. Companies needing direct marketing/database marketing expertise can now have the ability to quickly produce customized, cost effective, predictive models without all the costs of employing in-house statisticians.
